It is not uncommon for TAP users to want to share content and work product between TAP systems or with another TAP user.  Fortunately, this is easy using TAP 7.  The TAP database management utilities (e.g., Fixed Facility, Mobile Facility, Antenna, and Transmission Line) all contain “Export” functions with various options for sorting and filtering.  The utilities also contain “Import” functions.  As shown in the Fixed Facility Manager below, Export the desired database elements to a file using the Export dropdown menu.  This file may then be taken to the other system and the “Import” function may be used to add those facilities to the Fixed Facility database.

For work product, such as TAP 7 projects and studies, Zip the entire project folder, take the Zip file to the new TAP system and extract the contents.  It will now be available for use in the new TAP system.
