HDMapper Coverage Statistics
Q: How can I find what percentage of locations in my tile study meet a certain requirement?
A: With HDMapper™ in TAP 6 systems with TAP version 6.0.2059 or higher with a Maintenance Subscription date of February 28, 2006, or later, you can compute the number of points that meet each of the field strength levels shown on the map.
For example, suppose you have a tile study in HDMapper as shown:
Right-click the tile coverage layer you want to investigate. The menu will be displayed:
Click the Coverage Statistics option.
The program will compute and display the results:
You can use this function also with Tile studies based on a boundary, such as a county:
This will result in a count of the points for the Tile study in that boundary.
