The following table lists the fields that can be imported into the TAP Fixed Facility database using the Facility Exchange Format (FXF).
By "Minimum Requirements", we mean the most essential fields that are necessary for the most common functions in the Terrain Analysis Package (TAP) software, such a drawing path profiles or basic coverage studies.
The FXF file can be
A dBase (.DBF) file using the "Field Name" column values in the table as the field names in the DBF file
An Excel spreadsheet that contains the "Field Name" column values as the first row in each column of the spreadsheet
A comma-delimited ASCII file containing the "Field Name" column values, separated by commas, as the first line in the file

Source of Facility Site Elevation: SPEC or CALC If an elevation of the site is known and included (in the FAC_ELV and FAC_ELVUN fields), this field should be set to SPEC.
