Printer Orientation

Q: I am having a problem changing from Landscape to Portrait mode in TAP.

A: The printer configuration issue is a problem on some NT systems (including Win2000 or XP).

The current work-around is to set the printer configuration in the Control Panel - Printers window. Right-click on the printer and then select Document Defaults from the popup menu. That's where you can set the default orientation. Then from TAP you can use the default.

Note that the setting may have a different name in the Printer pop-up menu:
