Quarterly TAP Engineering Seminars
Dates of upcoming training
Since 1990 SoftWright has conducted annual engineering seminars for our clients. Starting in 2002 we are expanding the one annual engineering seminar to four Quarterly TAP Engineering. The TAP Engineering seminar will be two full days of rf engineering instruction on how to design paging, land mobile, PCS, cellular, SCADA, WiMAx, microwave and FM/TV broadcast transmitting facilities, intermodulation prediction and treatment as well as the Asset Management software. In the sessions, you will operate the Terrain Analysis Package (TAP) rf system design software to solve numerous RF related problems. There is also a strong emphasis on how to formulate necessary engineering judgments in order to successfully design reliable rf systems. Many actual land mobile and microwave radio system design problems will be used to teach how to apply both the engineering principles and Terrain Analysis Package software tools.
Continuing Education Units1.4 CEUs will be awarded for attendance at this TAP Engineering Seminar.
HotelSoftWright has negotiated a discounted room rate, should you wish to take advantage of it. Reservations and payment must be made directly by you with the Radisson Hotel, Denver SE, 3200 South Parker Road, Aurora, Colorado, 80014. Identify your reservation as a SoftWright negotiated rate in order to obtain this reduced rate.
CostThe appropriate fee must be paid in full two weeks prior to the seminar to guarantee your reservation. You will need exclusive use of a computer for the entire duration of the seminar. We encourage you to bring your own notebook with TAP installed. If you prefer to have us provide the computer for you, the additional cost of the rental will be $160.00 and must be paid with your registration. Please register on-line, e-mail or FAX your registration as soon as possible to reserve your space. Please register early, especially if you need us to invoice your company.
Cancellation or Rescheduling Your Participation DateIf cancellation of your registration is necessary, you may send an alternate attendee without forfeiting your fee. If your cancellation is more than seven days prior to the scheduled training, you may reschedule at that time for an upcoming seminar up to one year in the future at no additional cost. If cancellation is less than seven days prior to seminar date, you will receive a 50% credit from the seminar tuition cost paid. This credit can be applied to the cost of a future training seminar within one year or other software products from SoftWright within one year. A no-show without your cancellation notification within the seven days prior to the seminar will mean that you will receive no refund of the paid tuition.
