Path Preview from Fixed Facility
Q: How can I draw a path preview in HDCoverage™ that starts right at the Fixed Facility coordinates?
A: For TAP 6.0.2073 and later systems with a Maintenance Subscription date of April 30, 2006 or later, you can use the Path Preview function to draw a profile from the currently selected Fixed Facility.
The Path Preview function can be used to draw a path between any two points on the HDCoverage map:
You can click and drag the mouse cursor between two points to create a simplified path profile along the line drawn on the map.
If you want to draw a profile from the Fixed Facility selected (on the left side of the form), click a single location without dragging the mouse. The line and profile preview will be drawn from the site to the point you click. (The Fixed Facility site will be displayed with the Pin function.)
