How long does it take for me to receive the programs after I order them?

If you download demo software from our web site or have received a demo CD-rom from us and have installed it, this software can be converted to a fully functioning TAP system with the receipt of appropriate licensing files. We can email this licensing information to you upon receipt of an order of the software by you. This process can eliminate the lengthy delay in shipping the products to you by conventional methods. If you are out of the country, this is particularly advantageous due to what can often be substantial delays in customs at your port of entry.  We will still send you the disks and other materials if requested.

Most of our purchase orders are received via the web or via email.  If we receive an order by noon (mountain time) the orders usually go out that same day, unless it is a company holiday.  For orders to US destinations we ship by either Federal Express Economy (2 day) or Federal Express Overnight.  If there is any significant anticipated delay in shipping, we will let you know as soon as we receive the order.  Orders to destinations outside the USA are shipped within the same timeframe but may require more time in transit due to customs at the port of entry.  For example, Canada generally requires two to three business days, Latin America 8-15 business days.   Also, if the shipment is international, we need your Federal Express number in order to facilitate the charges of any importation taxes, which might be imposed.   If this is not provided, you will have to deal directly with customs at the point of destination which will probably significantly delay the clearing through customs.
